I went to Jason to get into better shape before back surgery to allow for an easier recovery. He challenged me with new types of workouts and helped me clean up my diet so I went into the surgery at the peak of health. Afterwards, he helped me ease back into a fitness routine that further expediated my recovery. (NOTE: My doctor was amazed and I was cleared to start working out a full 2 weeks before most other patients that had similar procedures). Jason is one of the few trainers that actually listens to what you want to accomplish and designs a program just for you. Great trainer! Well worth your time to talk with him about your goals.
