I have been working out for 2 years now in a boot camp class. I quickly learned that 30 minutes with Jason for 4 weeks was better than all 2 years of boot camp combined. I have already achieved my goal of losing those extra 5 pounds to squeeze into the skinny jeans. I feel mentally and physically strong to boot!
I highly recommend Jason as a personal trainer. He has a vast knowledge and makes you feel good in the process. You can't go wrong with him.
