2009 Extreme Weight Loss Bootcamp for Ladies Only

Starting in April, I will be starting a new boot-camp titled "Extreme Weight Loss Boot-Camp", this boot camp is designed to whip you into shape fast.  If you have 20-25 pounds to lose this is the fitness camp for you.  I have decided to limit this boot-camp to women only.  The reason is I have a separate coed boot-camp that is a little more difficult.  The Extreme Weight loss is designed for someone just starting out with an exercise plan.  It will include:

• One day of nutrition consulting and eating principles
• Team based goals and challenges (There will be a yellow and green team)
• Weight Loss Champion Prizes
• Free T-shirt
• and unlimited pounds of weight loss

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm at Washington Park

It will be a 12 week program, total of 24 sessions for $350 per person

Please bring a towel, mat, and set of weights (5lbs and 10lbs recommended for women) for your personal use

- all attendants need to register and pay to hold a spot, I am limiting this class to 20 people, 10 green and 10 yellow, so sign up now.  If class fills up before April 15th I am starting it then.

Bridal Bootcamp 2009

Yes, its that time again.  Wedding season is nearing.  You have planned every part of your wedding, now its times to focus on getting in shape and looking great in your dress.  This class is designed specifically for brides ready and committed to getting in shape for their wedding.  I am capping each group to 3-5 brides so reserve your spot quickly before this class fills up.

Classes will consist of a combination personal training/outdoor fitness boot camp.  Schedule will be based on the best time for the group.  

Classes will on cost $20 per session/ $160 a month, 2 session per week

Co-ed Bootcamp Starting Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm at Washington Park

Just announced today, Denver Boot Camps is adding another class starting at 7pm at Washington Park.  Classes will meet on the west side of the park at the intersection of Ohio and Downing St. 

We are running a special on this class only, 20 classes for $250.00.

Denver Bootcamps are conducted by Scott Harwood a former Marine and myself.  Denver Bootcamps include calistenics and weight training.  This class is designed to maximize fat loss, build strength, and burn calories.
