Starting in April, I will be starting a new boot-camp titled "Extreme Weight Loss Boot-Camp", this boot camp is designed to whip you into shape fast. If you have 20-25 pounds to lose this is the fitness camp for you. I have decided to limit this boot-camp to women only. The reason is I have a separate coed boot-camp that is a little more difficult. The Extreme Weight loss is designed for someone just starting out with an exercise plan. It will include:
- One day of nutrition consulting and eating principles
- Team based goals and challenges (There will be a yellow and green team)
- Weight Loss Champion Prizes
- Free T-shirt
- and unlimited pounds of weight loss
Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm at Washington Park
It will be a 12 week program, total of 24 sessions for $350 per person
Please bring a towel, mat, and set of weights (5lbs and 10lbs recommended for women) for your personal use
- all attendants need to register and pay to hold a spot, I am limiting this class to 20 people, 10 green and 10 yellow, so sign up now. If class fills up before April 15th I am starting it then.
