Over the last few weeks I have been testing my clients with a physical fitness test. The clients were judged based on strength as well as endurance. All clients that participated did identical excercises with strict form criteria. The following are the exercises I used and the rep schemes:
21 Goblet Squats with Kettlebell (35lbs for male and 26lbs for female)
21 Kettlebell Pushups (Full Pushups to floor or knee pushups to floor)
21 Suitcase One handed lunges with kettlebell
21 Full Situps
15 Goblet Squats with Kettlebell (35lbs for male and 26lbs for female)
15 Kettlebell Pushups (Full Pushups to floor or knee pushups to floor)
15 Suitcase One handed lunges with kettlebell
15 Full Situps
9 Goblet Squats with Kettlebell (35lbs for male and 26lbs for female)
9 Kettlebell Pushups (Full Pushups to floor or knee pushups to floor)
9 Suitcase One handed lunges with kettlebell
9 Full Situps
