Mini Boot-camps
As people are searching for variety of alternatives during our current economic crisis. I have come up with a few alternatives to continue training during this downtime. JasonStoneFitness is now offering a unique and challenging opportunity for dropping inches and getting into the best shape of your life even when budgets are tight. I have put together “mini boot camps” filled with result oriented routines that are challenging and unique. My approach effectively allows groups of friends, colleagues, family members, etc. opportunities to join in on one of the newest fitness crazes, the mini-boot-camp. There is a 3 participant minimum in place for each 30 minute time block, and maximum of 6 per group. Each group will meet 2 or 3 times per week for 4 consecutive weeks. Time slots and availability are limited!! They can be implemented indoor as well as outdoor (weather dependent) to prevent a large gap between offerings. The regimen can be on-going or a one-time fix for those looking for amazing results.
