I am really upset at myself. I am suppose to be a teacher. I have allowed my students to get away with not doing homework and my students are failing. They are failing to put in the work necessary to succeed. Recently I have a few new students committed to doing the work it takes. These students are losing weight and are very excited about the body changes. You can't just show up to class and expect to get better.
Instead I am changing my teaching habits. If you want to be one of my top students you have to put in the extra homework. I am asking you to keep a journal. A lifestyle journal with details (food calories, exercise detail, calories burned, sleep quality, everything possible related to health and fitness). I want as much information from you as possible. Holding yourself accountable makes a difference. It is the difference between just maintaining your current weight and finally tipping the scales in your favor.

I'm totally on board... BTW, I like the teaching analogy. :)
A little side note: Day 4 without diet soda! Yeah!
