I am challenging everyone for the next 30 days. The challenge will consist of a few principles to help everyone reach their goals. Here are a few simple rules. Before you begin this challenge I want you to weight yourself to get your starting weight. If you can, also take measurements of your (neck, chest, biceps, forearm, waist, hip, thigh, and calf)
Rules for 30 Day Challenge
- 1. Food Journal (all food will be tracked and include total calories for each day)
- 2. Drink at least 1/2 ounce of water for every pound body weight
- 3. Get a least a minimum of 8 hours of sleep every night
- 4. Do at least 10 cardio sessions consisted of 30 minutes or more of cardiovascular activity
- 5. Do at least 10 strength training workouts
- 6. Get a massage or some for of body work at least once every 10 days
- 7. Set a GOAL!!
If you complete this challenge you will now have made fitness a life changing habit. Congratulations!!
