I am counting down the days before I go on the longest vacation of my fitness career. I am using August 12th, the day I leave for Turkey, as the day to motivate my clients and everyone who reads my blog as the challenge finish date. The home work I came up with is to challenge each and everyone of you to eat, sleep, and exercise as close to perfect the next 15 days before I leave. To hold myself accountable starting tomorrow I am going to join you and journal what I am doing for the next 15 days to get myself ready. I will start tomorrow listing food choices, hours of sleep, and any other detailed information related to fitness. Good Luck and I look forward to hearing about your experiences the next few weeks.
